As a continuation from Penang: Nosing around in June..
How's this for a model you hardly will see in Singapore in such a condition?
This is a local assembly Honda Civic EJ. Judging by the wheels, this wouldn't be an early batch model, not bearing the previous-generation "SR4" alloys.
As far as I am aware, no Japanese market trim for the Civic EK are specified like this - if you know what you're looking at, you may be able to discern from a modified, or "Japanese-inspired" Civic from a stock Malaysian-manufactured Civic.

Where Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) models are concerned, the JDM models have what is referred to as a "Bluetag", indicated by the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) plate.
If I am not mistaken, this blue-plated tag is present on both Japanese market models and perhaps European market vehicles, but are actually very different.
Singaporean market Honda cars, such as the Civic SiR (EK4) and Civic Si (ED7) as examples I can think off my head, bear a different location for the VIN, and use different VIN formats.

The Malaysian-assembled Civics for both the equivalent EK and EG generation use a more bespoke tag, more commonly dubbed the "Redtag" for their prominent color being, well, red.

Malaysian-assembled redtags make use of the same tag/VIN location as the Japanese-market cars, but also taking up a similar spot opposite of the common plate location, as seen above.
The chassis model for this Malaysian-assembled Civic was designated as the "EJ", compared to the Japanese market "EK". The model name for this generation of Civic would be called the "SO4", a continuation of the previous model's model code, "SR4".
This trim model would most likely be the VTi going by period-correct magazine sources, confirmed by the alloy wheels and pre-facelift components found on this car.
