About this website

This blog is dedicated to our sharings about general car enthusiast life in Singapore and others, a bit of a personal memorial of our youth and what we've done, seen, experienced, enjoyed. Sadly due to how things are run here, not all cars can live a full life as they would be intended. As such, we will try to document whatever we can and archive photos of what will one day become forgottens of the past. Life is a finite experience.

SG Archives: Toyota Supra Turbo A (A70)

Welcome back! Revisiting this 3.0-turbo Toyota Supra MK3.

This Toyota Supra MK3 is one of two MK3 that is under ownership by the same group, and both this and another yellow unit tend to be found here.

After a few months, I've found this Supra again. Since taking these photos if not before, this car has seen use in gymkhana sessions, so you know it is being well-used and enjoyed frequently.

Assuming the badges are not an upbadge, this is a 500-unit only Turbo A model, among the best if not the best trim to get for the MK3 platform before the introduction of the MK4 Supra.

The Turbo A is a trim created for homologation purposes, so you know its good. It was an evolution model for Group A touring car series, featuring cosmetic and mechanical changes. It does still use the 3.0-litre 7M-GTEU turbocharged inline-6 that outputs 267 horsepower courtesy of power changes that included a modified turbocharger over the normal 3.0-litre models.

Since the last time this car was covered, it has since changed wheels to what I believe are RAYS Gram Lights 57DR, which has extensively changed the look of the car. Window stickers have also been altered.

More and extra information plus older photos of this car can be found in the attached link below.
